A whisper of wings...
Just a little homily from Keats to remind everyone that this is the season of good cheer (as well as good beer) and may all the strangers you meet in this life be angelic.
Hi Debbie, thankfully I have not met many of the fallen' type, although if I met one who could come up with a good "Dorian Gray" type deal I may consider it! ;)
Dear Carole, You are the Angel...full of blessings and inspiration. Thank you for your creative ways. May you fall in love every day in 2012. Love and light, Sherry
Gorgeous. I kinda like the idea of fallen angels. Who's perfect! I wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy and healthy 2012 ... see you in blogland!! yr friend, Gay.
Thank you so much Carole. It made me beam :) I can't wait till summer when hopefully I'll have a new BBQ and I can 'chuck another prawn on the barbie'. I hope you had a lovely Christmas. I got through it quite well - thanks to thoughtful fabulous people like yourself who made it that little bit easier. Thank you. xxx
Hello Carole! I followed you here from my friend Barb's blog (Before Morning Breaks). Love your sense of humor--and your artwork perhaps even more!
Cicadas at Christmas time! Oh, how wonderous is Oz. I'm sitting in Oregon in the US, wrapped in cozy robe with a cat on my lap, thinking about turning the heat up just another notch or so.
I love this quote! (Reminds me a bit of another, “Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle.” ~Plato) Basically, being kind/nice is good all the time. :)
I love all the animal etegamis you've posted recently (donkey, pig, dragon, even the rabbit behind). All so lovely and delicate. [I must get back to posting - I neglected almost all of December. Eek.]
Beautiful image, Carole. Actually, true angels come in fallen and un-fallen varieties. May the angels you meet be of the latter type. :)
ReplyDeleteHi,Origame,
